MODULAR  DESIGN  PROPERTIES  OF  ROAD  CONSTRUCTION  ON  PERMAFROST  SOILS

Organizational and process model of road construction is represented as integrity of spatial models of the process structure of an object and functional procedure modules. Design and process modules of road pavements on permafrost soils are formed on the basis of linear road zoning according to engineering surveys. An algorithm and a software are designed to implement the modular principle in scheduling. Yakutia case study is described to show the possibility of improving the efficiency and quality of version design in difficult natural conditions based on modern computer systems.
