CALL FOR MOBILITY PROGRAMS TO UNINETTUNO FOR THE FALL SEMSTER 2017 IS OPEN

Application deadline is March 20th, 2017!

TSUAB and International Telematic University UNINETTUNO (Rome, Italy) have regular mobility:

STAFF MOBILITY: programs for teaching and traineeship for 7 days;

STUDENTS MOBILITY: programs for studies and traineeship  3 months.

Your mobility in the academic year 2017/2018 is self-funded (travel, accommodation).

Information whether ERASMUS+ scholarships will be available for the a. y. 2017/2018 will come later (June-July). 

Below you can learn the main information on the application process for the academic year 2017-2018.

English Language Test will be organized on March 2nd, 2017 at Tomsk Polytechnic University.

In case of successful pass, participants will obtain a certificate with the level of the English language command. 

RECOMMENDED: An information meeting is organized to describe the testing procedure.

This call is intended for the students of TSUAB if they are regularly enrolled for the academic year 2017/18 at least at the second year of study, irrespective of their citizenship. 

Staff (для сотрудников)

This call is intended for the staff of Tomsk State University of Architecture and Building, irrespective of their citizenship.

Costs for the mobility

No tuition fee is paid for studying within the mobility program.

Students are responsible for their travel, accommodation and other expenses. 

Average monthly budget for Rome is 1200 - 1400 Euro.

Possible Erasmus+ scholarships for the a.y. 2017/2018 (to be announced)

Up to € 820,00 for travel expenses and €850,00/month for subsistence.

This amount of funds is intended for 3 months' period. In case a participant wants to stay for the full period of 6 months, the rest of expenses shall be covered by the participant.

Possible scholarships:

1 students' mobility (3 months) - full scholarship

1 students' mobility (3 months) - just travel expenses

Up to € 820,00 for travel expenses and €140,00/day for subsistence.

Possible scholarships:

1 staff mobility for teaching (7 days) (recording online courses in English)

1 staff mobility for training (7 days)

Documents required for primary selection (for students only)

To apply for the mobility program you will have to submit the following documents :

  • Copy of the international passport at least 6 months of validity and a photograph
  • Filled in Application Form (file "Application Form_TSUAB" on the bottom of the page)
  • Motivation letter in English
  • Copy of the academic record book (all pages)
  • Certificate of English (mandatory) 
The documents must be submitted no later than by March 20th, 2017 to Elena Khrapova via email khrapova@tsuab.ru in the Institute of International Affairs and Internationalization of Education.

In case you were selected during the preliminary selection round you must submit the following:

The application must be prepared using the form on the bottom of the page (file "Application ICM Student Russia 2017_18").

The documents required to be attached to the application:

  • A copy of the passport with at least 6 months of validity and a photograph.
  • A certificate of enrolment for the academic year 2017/18 and a transcript of records, both issued in Russian by TSUAB.
  • The Learning Agreement, containing a list of the courses that the student is intended to carry out during his/her mobility at the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO. The courses must be identified among those included in the degree programs eligible for this announcement. The total list of courses is here.
  • Motivation letter (in English), in which the student has to explain in no more than one page the motivations and expectations that induce him/her to take part in the Erasmus+ mobility program.
  • Certificate of English or Italian language proficiency. If the student belongs to socially disadvantaged group, he/she has to submit a declaration in Russian, explaining his/her condition.

Evaluation of the applications

A score with a maximum of 100 point:

  • up to 60 points for the academic career, based on the number of passed exams and the grade obtained; 
  • up to 10 points for the level of proficiency in Italian and/or English language, possibly evidenced by documents and certificates attached to the application; 
  • up to 30 points for the letter of motivation.

Information about supported applications

Within 10 days from the deadline for submitting applications, the ranking of the TSUAB selected students will be sent to the applicants' emails.

The final selection of candidates will be done by Uninettuno based on TSUAB recommendations. 

The selected candidates shall prepare transcript of records and the certificate of enrolment for the academic year 2017/18 in English. To do so please contact Elena Khrapova (khrapova@tsuab.ru).

Further procedure will include receipt of invitation letters, settlement of Learning Agreement with UNINETTUNO and visa application and will assisted by Institute of International Affairs and Internationalization of Education

Within 10 days from the deadline for submitting applications, the ranking of the TSUAB selected students will be sent to the applicants' emails.

The final selection of candidates will be done by Uninettuno based on TSUAB recommendations. 

Further procedure will include receipt of invitation letters and application for visa and will be assisted by the International Office in Research and Innovation
